1. What are your happiness goals for 2019?
Be inspired! I get great energy from the brilliant team which we have built at ONDA and this year is about supporting that with external inspiration. This will come from spending time with friends and family, being in nature and travel!

2. What is your favorite self care ritual ?
Starting my day slowly with a cup of hot water and lemon before heading to Bondi for a jog and swim. I love getting down there early before the crowds and getting my moment with the world.

3. What is your favorite clean beauty product and why ?
That is tough!! So many right now. May Lindstrom’s Blue Cocoon… I'm obsessed! It's a ritual in itself to apply it. I am also loving the new Treatment Essence from Vintner's Daughter. It is multi correctional and super hydrating with natural forms of Vitamins C and Lactic acid.

4. Which clean beauty trend are you most excited to enjoy?
Face yoga - I'm super interested in learning more about this massage technique and incorporating it into my facials. I received a treatment from Catherine in our Sag Harbor store earlier this year and can't wait to have her come and do a placement here in September - stay tuned for that one!!

1. What are your happiness goals for 2019?
I’ve just started out in the Pilates world and am loving it! I really want to cement that into my schedule as a regular activity. I’d also really love to get more experimental with my cooking. I really enjoy finding new recipes that are really healthy and nourishing, especially now that its getting cooler it’s the perfect opportunity to get the slow cooker out! Finally, I always want to be challenging myself, I think it’s the best way to grow and learn. Self education is so important and I consider myself very lucky to be surrounded by like minded people who share a similar vision. Even the clean beauty space is something I am quite new to but am already so engrossed in its holistic benefits, I'm so excited to share the knowledge I have gained with my clients, my friends and family!

2. What is your favorite self care ritual ?
Hot showers. Literally love them so much. It’s something about the hot water flowing over you, it just feels so cleansing and is so relaxing. It’s also a time when I do my evening routine  - cleanse my skin, exfoliate, wash and condition my hair and clean my teeth.

3. What is your favorite clean beauty product and why ?
I’m really quite obsessed with the Dr. Alkaitis Soothing Gel. My skin tends to go quite pink around times of hormonal fluctuations and since using this on a regular basis my complexion is much more calm and feels more even in tone.

I also really love the Gentle Retinol by Marie Veronique. I've always been a big fan of retinol serums, their benefits to the skin are endless. With the Added element of Vitamin C, this serum has it all going on. I will admit it took me a few weeks to adjust to it, because of my sensitivity to Vitamin C (which can be quite normal), but I'm thrilled to say that I've come out the other end and my skin couldn't be happier!

4. Which clean beauty trend are you most excited to enjoy?
I guess it’s more of a lifestyle choice, but for some a trend I’m sure. I’m really interested in the benefits of tailoring specific foods to maximise gut health, resulting in really beautiful, clear skin. This sort of ties in with my “experimental cooking” goal. I really believe that good skin begins in your gut but it also just generally makes you feel better when you eat well. I think there is so much more to research and find out about this space but after reading Carla Oates' recipe book and others in her field I realised that choosing to eat this way is not at all boring! You can create the most colourful, amazing dishes that get you really excited about not only eating them but the cooking part as well is super fun!

1. What are your happiness goals for 2019?
To make time each day to do one thing that makes me really happy! I am also trying to be more committed to writing down three things that I am grateful for each night before bed.

2. What is your favorite self care ritual ?
I love running myself a bath on a Sunday evening, lighting some candles and putting on a face mask. This always helps me to wind down after a busy weekend and also helps me sleep so well! I’m also trying really hard to stay off my phone first thing in the morning and last thing at night, which is the ultimate act of self care!

3. What is your favorite clean beauty product and why ?
I absolutely love face masks. They are a big part of my weekly routine! My current favourites are Josh Rosebrook Cacao Antioxidant Mask, which has been a staple of mine for a while and is my tool for glowing skin, and the May Lindstrom Problem Solver, which is a recent discovery and works wonders when my skin is dull or unhappy.

4. Which clean beauty trend are you most excited to enjoy?
I discovered Gua Sha last year and have been amazed by what a difference it makes to my skin! I find it so relaxing and the perfect self care ritual, particularly at night to unwind before bed.

1. What are your happiness goals for 2019?
My goals are to be more present in the moment and enjoy the everyday little things that evoke happiness. I want to fully take advantage of the year and appreciate what's right in front of me and around me!

2. What is your favorite self care ritual ?
My ultimate self care ritual is exercising, and then having a nice relaxing shower and then leisurely  applying all my favourite skincare from head to toe!

3. What is your favorite clean beauty product and why ?
So many favourites, but right now it's the Marie Veronique Protective Day Oil.

This oil is my go-to, it provides beautiful moisture without feeling greasy and is perfect under make-up, leaving a nice warm glow to the skin. The natural SPF properties of beta-carotene make it a great booster for any daily SPF so I often mix it in with my tinted sunscreen. It’s high in essential fatty acids which are key to strengthening the barrier function of the skin. Having a jojoba oil base means it's also excellent for more oily skin types too, as jojoba regulates your skin’s natural oils. I can't get enough of it and even use it at night time over my Marie Veronique Retinol and B3 serums.

I also really love Sodashi’s Enzyme Polish. It's gentle, yet effective and smells amazing! You get instant results, smooth, fresh and clear skin. It removes impurities without causing imbalance to moisture levels, so suitable for everyone.

4. Which clean beauty trend are you most excited to enjoy?
I'm excited to try products with turmeric as their hero ingredient.  My sisters and I used to make homemade turmeric and yogurt masks which were fun and messy,  so I'm curious to try some 'real' turmeric products. The spice is quite a super spice being used in everything from lattes to curries, and now skincare, so I'm excited to give it a go on my face!

1. What are your happiness goals for 2019?
My happiness goal is to give myself the time, affirmation, and mindfulness that I need to be the loveliest version of myself so that I can share that positivity with others. We are all so affected by each other’s energy and I want to be able to feel my best to give my best. There really is no better feeling!

2. What is your favorite self care ritual ?
I love setting aside the time to cook a beautiful meal for myself. When I can take a walk to buy fresh produce, apply my May Lindstrom Honey Mud mask, put on some music, have a little dance, and start cooking I’m very much in my happy place.

3. What is your favorite clean beauty product and why ?
The Beauty Chef’s Probiotic Skin Refiner has been a favourite of mine for a while now. It’s actually the by product from the six week bio-fermentation process that makes up the Glow Powder, which so many of us love- myself included! The lactic acid gently exfoliates allowing my serum and oil to be better absorbed into my skin. One of my new favourites is the Sodashi Crystalus Body Oil. It smells like the Australian bush and is perfect for so many occasions whether it be in a relaxing bath or used as a scent before going out.

4. Which clean beauty trend are you most excited to enjoy?
I’m most excited by the world of CBD. I’m more than convinced by its ability to treat injuries topically in a lotion and ease anxiety in a tincture. I’m constantly learning more about its range of uses for the body and mind. I think this is such a great movement that so many people are benefiting from and I can’t wait for what’s next.
